If you would like to attend Role Call, you need to buy a badge for the day(s) you plan on attending. Pre-registering for your badge online is the most affordable option and the best way to ensure you get to play the events you want. Event tickets are included in your badge price. You cannot sign up for events unless you have a valid badge for the day the event is running, and your badge only allows you to register for one event in each slot. Badges must be worn at all times while at the convention.

At this time we only have resources for a limited number of badges each day, so be sure to get your badge early! For badge and event registration, we are using Tabletop.Events. We do not ship badges in advance. Your badge will be available for pick up on-site in April. Badges are available individually for each day of the convention or for the entire weekend. The prices are as follows:

When registration opens, you will be able to purchase your badge and select your events at the same time, making multiple checkouts unnecessary. Keep in mind, just buying a badge does not guarantee you event tickets. You still need to sign up for events. Event tickets will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. As always, to make sure you get the events you want, it is a good idea to register and select your events early!

Special note: Outside water, soda, and alcohol is not permitted at Role Call. The American Legion operates a bar on-site, and drinks can be purchased there. It's fine if you bring a soda or a water back with you from lunch and need to finish it at the convention. Just don't bring a cooler full of drinks with you, and don't bring in any outside alcohol (they have a liquor license to protect). We have scheduled an hour break between each slot, so there should be ample time to grab food and drinks between events.

The American Legion has made Role Call possible by offering us an affordable place to game. We ask that you please respect their policies.

  • All pre-registration sales must be completed online using the Tabletop.Events site. We do not accept email orders.

Waiver of Liability

The purchase of a Role Call badge admits one person to all basic activities at Role Call during regularly scheduled hours for the day(s) it is purchased. Some designated activities may require payment of a separate, additional fee. In accepting a badge and in consideration for being admitted to Role Call, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the Internet, worldwide in perpetuity. The badge holder releases Role Call from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; authorizes and permits Role Call and its designees which includes but is not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known, including without limitation the Internet, for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Event. Role Call reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in its sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which it reasonably considers to be disruptive of the Role Call.
